Synopsis: [From Biograph promotional materials] A strong twentieth century damsel arriving home after her evening walk proceeds to take her usual exercise with the dumb-bells and chest weights. She is interrupted by a burglar who has effected an entrance while she was out. She catches him just as he is about to leave and proceeds to deal with him herself. With the assistance of an iron dumb-bell she has him thoroughly subdued and ready for the police in very short order.
