Synopsis: A woman in a light leotard stands in front of a black background. She bends over and passes a tight metal hoop over her doubled over figure by wriggling through it, then reverses the hoop’s path back over her body. She turns to the side and demonstrates again. In a second shot, she laces her fingers and, with elbows locked, brings her outstretched arms over her head and behind her shoulders.
