Cinematography by Louis Aimé Augustin Le Prince. / This motion picture was taken on 14 October 1888 by a camera of Le Prince’s invention on 2-1/8 inch wide sensitized photographic paper at a shutter rate of 10-12 frames per second. Whitley was Le Prince’s father-in-law, and the location of the photography was the garden of Whitley’s home in Roundhay, Leeds, England. This was Le Prince’s first motion picture production.
