Released [?] 18 February? 1913. / Standard 35mm spherical 1.33:1 format. / This was the first film produced by Famous Players to be released, but was shot after The Count of Monte Cristo (1913). Beckley was Hackett’s wife. [?] C.R. Randall may have been William R. Randall? All prints were believed to have been destroyed in a Paramount studio fire. The novel was subsequently filmed as The Prisoner of Zenda (1915).
