Zepped
(1916) England
B&W : [?] Split-reel?
Directed by (unknown)

Cast: Charles Chaplin

Standard 35mm spherical 1.33:1 format. / This compilation propaganda film utilizes footage that is thought to be outtakes (or actual release footage) from the Chaplin films His New Profession (1914), A Jitney Elopement (1915), The Tramp (1915) and By the Sea (1915). It is thought that the film may have only been exhibited in Egypt. A print of the film was purchased by a film collector on eBay for £3.20 in September 2009; the print was posted for online auction in June 2011 but did not sell for the £100,000 ($160,000) reserve bid minimum. A second copy was recovered from a secondhand shop in Sheffield, England, in July 2011.

Propaganda: Comedy.

Survival status: Prints exist in private film collections.
