Edward Sloman began his career in 1909 in vaudeville as an actor. He began film work as actor for The Universal Film Manufacturing Company, Incorporated, in 1914. Worked as a director for Lubin Manufacturing Company, American Film Company, Incorporated, and Universal Pictures Corporation from 1915 through circa 1928.
