The Paramount Theatre was a neighborhood theatre in the Wallingford district of Seattle. A Kimball 2/6 pipe organ, was installed in 1921. In 1924, when the Paramount upgraded to another Kimball 2/6 pipe organ, the earlier instrument was reinstalled in the Mission Theatre.
The palatial Seattle Theatre (soon renamed the Paramount Theatre) was built in downtown Seattle in 1928; it is unknown when the neighborhood Paramount theatre changed its name, but it is likely to have happened by 1930, as it would have to when the larger theatre was rechristened. The theatre was controlled by Hamrick-Evergreen Theatres circa 1936.
The theatre was in operation in latter years under the Guild 45th Theatre name.
