The documentary features narration co-written by Diana Serra Cary (Baby Peggy) and director Vera Iwerebor, and is presented with rare clips from Baby Peggy’s surviving films (most of the negatives and prints of the earliest Baby Peggy films were lost when the Century Film Corporation studio burned in 1926).

The supplementary material on this DVD edition includes a full-length presentation of the Baby Peggy feature film, Captain January (1924), with musical accompaniment by Donald Sosin and Joanna Seaton.

In addition, this edition contains three short Baby Peggy comedies: Peg of the Mounties (1921), Carmen, Jr. (1923) and Such is Life (1924), all accompanied by music scores performed by Guenter Buchwald.
